Christmas is fast becoming my favourite time of year. The winter months tend to be the bleakest time of the year in Ireland, as it starts to get dark at 4pm, so its nice to have something to look forward to with the holiday season. I have had my eye on this dress for ages but I just felt that I did not have the right excuse to buy it for quite a while! However, Christmas offered me the perfect chance to take the plunge and buy the dress. What I love most about the dress is the fact that it can be worn in a formal setting, as above or it can be teamed with tights for a more casual look. I bought another Ted Baker dress a few years ago and it remains in amazing quality today. I think the dress is also pretty timeless and I hopefully will have it for many years to come.

You look stunning! This dress is absolutely adorable. I'm glad you snatched it up. It gets dark early here too. It makes snapping photos a little more difficult but the warm weather will be here again before we know it. Happy 2015!
